SNHR: an IED exploded near an ambulance of the emergency system of Aleppo western suburbs in Kafr Karmin village in Aleppo governorate western suburbs, partially damaging the ambulance, on April 27, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
