Manar Eid, a nurse from Ariha city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, was kidnapped by gunmen on April 23, 2019, from his place in Sarmada city in Idlib governorate northern suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
