SNHR: at least 15 civilians, including two children and a woman, were killed in a violent explosion in al Sawma’a neighborhood in the middle of Jisr al Shoghour city in Idlib governorate western suburbs, on April 24, 2019. We are unable to identify the kind of the explosions or the responsible party as of this writing as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
