Hamza al Nasr and Mohammad Farid al Nasr, from Dael city in Daraa governorate northern suburbs, were arrested on April 18, 2019, by Syrian regime forces as they were passing a checkpoint in Homs city, while they were heading from Dael city to Idlib governorate, and taken to an undisclosed location. We note that Hamza and Mohammad were among people agreed on a settlement previously.
