12 civilians were killed, including 3 children and 5 women, at the hands of Syrian Regime forces, Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and Other parties, on Thursday, April 18, 2019, as documented by SNHR. Death toll is distributed as follows:
Syrian Regime forces: 9 civilians, including 3 children and 5 women.
Hay’at Tahrir al Sham: 1 civilian.
Other parties: 2 civilians.
