SNHR: the corpses of three civilians, from al Suwaydiya village in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs, were found in Badiya of Ma’dan city in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs, with sings of gunshots, on April 13, 2019. The area is controlled by Syrian regime forces while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
