Hamad Raja al Satem and Saeed Atiya al Fayez were killed on April 11, 2019, in the explosion of a landmine inside a house in al Wasat neighborhood in al Sh’afa city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
