The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source IED in al Tabaqa city in Raqqa suburbs, Apr 8

Ahmad Radwan al Faqi, from al Tabaqa city in Raqqa governorate western suburbs, was killed in the explosion of an IED in Fayez Mansour Street in al Tabaqa city, on April 8, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
