SNHR: an IED, placed in a car near al Abrar Mosque in al Muhandesin neighborhood in Idlib city, exploded resulted in the injury of a child and a woman and damages in the mosque’s building, on April 8, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
