Moayad Abdul Majid al Abdullah, from Hasaka city, was arrested by Syrian Democratic forces on March 28, 2019, as he was passing a checkpoint in al Bseira city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, and taken to an undisclosed location.
