The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source landmine in al Keshma village in Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, on March 21

Amer Nouman al Suleiman, from al Keshma village which is administratively a part of al Sh’afa city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, killed on March 21, 2019 in the explosion of a landmine in al Takamat neighborhood in al Keshma village. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
