SNHR: an IED exploded near Sheikh Saeed Mosque in Saraqeb city in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, injuring two civilians, including a child, and partially damaging the mosque building and furniture, on March 19, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
