Mahmoud Emad Abdul Aal, a media worker for Mhambel center of civil defense in Idlib governorate western suburbs, age 30, was killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on al Mentar village which is adminsrativly a part of Jisr al Shoghour city in Idlib governorate western suburbs, while he was heading with civil defense team to the site of a previous bombing by the same forces, on March 9, 2019.
