SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles near service and rescue cars of Civil Defense in al Mentar village which is administratively a part of Jisr al Shoghour city in Idlib governorate western suburbs where they arrived to aid the injured of previous bombing on the village by the same forces, partially damaging the cars, on March 9, 2019.
