SNHR: 124 detainees were released from detention centers of Syrian Democratic forces in Raqqa governorate, Deir Ez-Zour governorate and Ein al Arab city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on March 4, 2019, according to an agreement between the forces and dignitaries of the Arab tribes in the area.
