Jowan Hasan, from Mesket Fouqani village which is administratively a part of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, was arrested by members of a faction of armed opposition, on March 3, 2019. from his place in Mesket fouqani village and taken to an undisclosed location.
