The death of a civilian in the explosion of unknown- source landmine in Hajin city in Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, on February 28

Odai Fahd al Aboud al Akla, from Hajin city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was killed on February 28, 2019, in the explosion of a landmine in Islah Hajin neighborhood in Hajin city. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
