The child Hasan al Hussein, from al Wasita village in Hama governorate eastern suburbs, was killed while he was grazing sheep as Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells on the vicinity of Kafr Zita city in Hama governorate northern suburbs, on February 25, 2019.
