Syrian regime forces arrested civilians, who agreed on a settlement, in Dael city in Daraa suburbs, on February 24

SNHR: Syrian regime forces raided Dael city in Daraa governorate northern suburbs, on February 24, 2019, arrested five civilians including three from the same family and took them to an undisclosed location. The civilians were among people who previously agreed on settlement with Syrian regime forces.
