SNHR: two civilians, including a girl, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb in villas street in the middle of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on February 21, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
