Bilal Mohammad Nour al Mohammad, was killed on February 21, 2019, in the explosion of a cluster munition of previous shelling by Syrian- Russian alliance forces on Ureinba village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs. Yet, the remnants of weapons constitute a real threat to civilians in the areas controlled by factions of armed opposition. SNHR has issued a number of reports on cluster munitions and remnants of weapons where we urged to have special equipment that helps civilians in removing explosive remnants.
