Kurdish Self- Management forces arrested two civilians from the same family in al Twaina village in Hasaka suburbs, on February 18

The brothers Mohammad and Adnan al Mashhour, from al Twaina village in Hasaka governorate western suburbs, were arrested on February 18, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party-PKK branch) in a raid on their house in al Twaina village and taken to an undisclosed location.
