Bashar al Sheikh Ali and Ahmad T’ouma, born respectively in 1983 and 1989, were arrested by Syrian regime forces on October 3, 2011, from their place in al Rastan city in Homs governorate northern suburbs. On February 17, 2019, we informed that they are registered as dead in 2015 in civil registry probably due to torture in a detention center.
