Yaser Ali al Mohammad, a pharmacist, age 36, from al Nahda neighborhood in Raqqa city, was shot dead by gunmen as he was in al Panorama neighborhood in Raqqa city, on February 18, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
