SNHR: two car bombs exploded consecutively, about ten minutes apart, in al Qosour neighborhood in the middle of Idlib city, on February 18, 2019. The second explosion resulted in partial damages of two ambulances of Syria Relief and Development Organization (SRD), which were used to aid the victims of the first explosion. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
