Ahmad Qaddour al Hamwiya, a pharmacist from Kafr Zita city in Hama governorate northern suburbs, born in 1987, worked for Information and Planning Department of “Free” Hama Health Directorate, was killed as Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells on Qal’at al Madiq town in Hama governorate western suburbs, on February 16, 2019.
