Khaled Mohammad Mer’e, from al Rastan city in Homs governorate northern suburbs, born in 1990, was arrested on October 2, 2011, by Syrian regime forces from his place in al Rastan city. On February 14, 2019, we informed that he is registered as dead on February 6, 2019, in the civil registry probably due to torture in a detention center.
