Ahmad Eid al Ulwan, from Mehkan town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, age 18, found shot dead in Badiya of al Sh’aitat area in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on February 13, 2019. We note that the victim was kidnapped in Theyban town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, by unknowns five days ago to obtain a ransom from his family. The area is controlled by Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces while we are unable to identify the responsible party for his killing as of this writing.
