Hasan Abd al Touqan, from Kherbet al Teen village which is administratively a part of Tal Tamer town in Hasaka governorate western suburbs, was arrested on February 10, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on his house in Kherbet al Teen and taken to an undisclosed location.
