Hassan al Hassan, from Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was arrested by on February 8, 2019, Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) when he was passing a checkpoint in west of Raqqa city an undisclosed location.
