SNHR: members of Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces raided Badiya of Souh al Bouferyo which is administratively a part of Abu al Neitel village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate northern suburbs on February 6, 2019, shot fire against civilians resulting in the death of Eid Hattouni al Khleif. Additionally, the forces arrested his brother Ayyad who was shot while he was fleeing and took him to an undisclosed location.
