The child Abdul Rahman Hamed al Haj Ibrahim, from al Bashiriya village in Idlib governorate western suburbs, died on February 6, 2019, due to burns sustained along with his mother and two brothers on February 2, 2019, as a fire broke out in their tent and burnt it in Wadi al Abbas IDPs Camp located in Sarmada camps complex in ldlib governorate northern suburbs which resulted from improper use of heating.
