Hafez Matar al Dawood, from al Dawoodiya village in Hasaka governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on February 5, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as he was passing a checkpoint in al Dawoodiya village and taken to an undisclosed location.
