Hamdo Matar, a pharmacist from Ma’ar Debsa village in Idlib governorate southeastern suburbs, was kidnapped by gunmen on February 3, 2019, as they raided his pharmacy in Ma’ar Debsa village and taken to an undisclosed location. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
