The girl Aisha Mahmoud al Yousef, from Mouhasan city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, died on February 3, 2019, due to severe cold and lack of health care in al Hawl IDPs Camp which is located near al Hawl town in Hasaka governorate eastern suburbs and controlled by Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces.
