SNHR: Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) arrested six civilians from the same family, including a child and three women, on January 24, 2019, in a raid on their house in al Rmaila neighborhood in Raqqa city and took them to an undisclosed location.
