Dijwar Dahham Alo, teacher of Arabic language from Tal Boum which is administratively a part of al Derbasiya county in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on January 24, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on his house in Tal Boum village and taken to an undisclosed location.
