The girl Habiba Uqba Dahham al Khlaif, from Mouhasan city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, died on January 23, 2019, near al Omar oil field area in the Badiya of Theyban city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, as she was sick due to severe cold. We note that Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic force banned her family to reach a medical point in the area.
