SNHR: victims’ toll of the massacre of al Baghouz Tahtani which is administratively a part of al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, rose to at least 28 civilians including ten children and eight women, as International Coalition warplanes fired missiles on the village, on January 18, 2019.
