Khalaf Hasan al Ma’youf, from Hatla village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on January 13, 2019, by Syrian regime forces in a raid on his house in Hatla village and taken to military security branch in Deir Ez-Zour.
