SNHR: Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) raided on Khas Da’kour village in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs, on January 11, 2019, arrested 12 civilians, including four from the same family, and took them to an undisclosed location.
