Mohammad Nawaf al Hadi, from al N’eima village which is administratively a part of Eqerbat county in Hama governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on January 5, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as he was passing a checkpoint near Raqqa city and taken to an undisclosed location.
