Hamad Khalil al Aswad al Sa’do, from Shabadagh village which is administratively a part of Slouk town in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on January 2, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on his house in Shabadagh village and taken to an undisclosed location.
