The child Zakariya Sami Kannas was killed by a gunshot of members affiliated with Hay’at Tahrir al Sham in clashes with National Front for Liberation- a faction of armed opposition- in Daheyat al Kahrabaa neighborhood in west of Khan al Asal village in Aleppo governorate southwestern suburbs on January 1, 2019.
