Bashar Atiya was shot dead in clashes between Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and National Front for Liberation- a faction of armed opposition- in Khan al Asal village in Aleppo governorate western suburbs, on January 1, 2019. We are unable to identify which is the responsible party as of this writing.
