Hussein al Zulafi, a nurse from Raqqa city, was arrested on December 29, 2018, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on his house on al Rmaila neighborhood in east of Raqqa city and taken to an undisclosed location.
