Abdul Latif Tawelou, a managing director at Oxford Private University in Sarmada city in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, was kidnapped by gunmen on December 22, 2018, from his house in Sarmada city and taken to an undisclosed location. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
