Salim al Jablawi, a blind hawker, age 50, died on December 18, 2018, due to wounds sustained on December 12, 2018, in the explosion of an IED placed inside a car in the middle of Izaz city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs. It should be noted that Salim’s daughter Nour was with his father where she died due to her wounds immediately on the day of the incident. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
