Abdul Rahim Mohmmad al Sheikh, a lawyer from Kesret al Sheikh village in Raqqa governorate southern suburbs, was shot dead by gunmen as he was driving his car in al Thakana neighborhood in west of Raqqa city, on December 15, 2018. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
