Shbib al Ahmad al Khalaf al Haj, from al Hous village in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) on December 12, 2018, in a raid on hid house in al Hous village and taken to an undisclosed location.
